Our team consists of Anastasia and Jenny (Evgenia), who have a history of working together for many years at a Rehabilitation & Assessment Centre. Developing a broad knowledge of the medical aspect of injury claims; medical file review, knowledge of medical injuries, a thorough understanding of the “rehab process” including billing, accounts, and all internal processes come in very useful when handling the legal aspect of the claim.
Anastasia went on to study in the Paralegal Program and work at a Personal Injury Law Firm, where she worked files up to LAT, managed and coordinated caseload for two prominent lawyers. Further, Anastasia went onto Insurance Defence for TD, working along side a lawyer she gained significant insight into the full complexity of the Motor Vehicle Accident claim.
With years of experience in the medical and legal sides of Motor Vehicle Accident Claims, settlement negotiations, License Appeal Tribunal filings, and knowledge of SABS, Anastasia’s true passion and calling became Personal Injury Law.
Jenny is a dedicated licensed paralegal, who takes pride in helping clients in obtaining the justice they deserve. Jenny excelled at her career managing a medical facility, all while studying to become a Paralegal. Her expertise at negotiating and settling accounts, broad knowledge of SABS, and the ability to assess medical files and interpersonal skills have become the perfect addition to the Jade Legal team. Jenny has also settled numerous claims for unpaid services and outstanding accounts through Small Claims and successfully won countless Provincial Offences disputes, not limited to the Highway Traffic Act.
