Our team is led by Anastasia and Jenny (Evgenia), both of whom bring years of collaborative experience from their time at a Rehabilitation & Assessment Centre. Over the years, they have developed a deep understanding of the medical aspects of injury claims, including medical file review, injury assessment, and a comprehensive grasp of the rehabilitation process. Their knowledge extends to all internal procedures and application of the law which significantly enhances their ability to manage the legal elements of claims.

Anastasia furthered her expertise by studying in the Paralegal Program and gaining invaluable experience at several prominent Personal Injury Law Firms, where she managed cases up to settlement or License Appeal Tribunal (LAT). She also gained considerable experience in Insurance Defence while working with TD acquired a full understanding of the complexities and nuances surrounding Motor Vehicle Accident claims.

With her extensive experience in both the medical and legal aspects of Motor Vehicle Accident claims, settlement negotiations, LAT filings, and a deep understanding of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS), Anastasia has found her true passion in helping Personal Injury Law. Her passion lies in making a real difference—guiding clients through some of the most difficult times in their lives with compassion, clarity, and care. Whether she’s advocating for fair settlements or helping clients navigate complex systems, Anastasia is driven by a genuine desire to be helpful, supportive, and a steady source of strength when it matters most.

Jenny is a dedicated licensed paralegal who is committed to securing the justice her clients deserve. She has a proven track record of excellence, having successfully managed a medical facility while simultaneously studying to become a paralegal. Jenny’s expertise in negotiating settlements, handling accounts, and navigating SABS, combined with her strong interpersonal skills and ability to assess medical files, make her an invaluable asset to the Jade Legal team. Additionally, Jenny has successfully resolved numerous claims for unpaid services and outstanding accounts through Small Claims Court and has won countless Provincial Offences disputes, including those under the Highway Traffic Act.
